The hotel offered great amenities such as a fitness center and free Wi-Fi. it was located in a convenient area close to restaurants and attractions. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed which allowed me to get a good night's sleep.
The behavior of the staff was unacceptable. the lack of reliability and rudeness of the staff left a negative impression on my overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel had a convenient location close to the city center and main business district. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was appreciated before a busy day of work.
The hotel didn't deliver on its promise of reliable service. The staff was rude and unhelpful, leaving me and other travelers waiting at the reception desk for 15 minutes without any assistance.
